Precision, not excess

The right service begins with the material—and the problem you want to solve.

A dull wood finish, embedded soil, a worn stone surface, and a countertop that needs sealing are not the same project. Treating them as interchangeable can lead to the wrong expectation before the work even begins.

Precision Floor separates cleaning, polishing, buffing, honing, sealing, and material-specific restoration into clearer service paths. That gives you a more useful place to start and keeps each recommendation tied to the surface in front of us.

Wood floor services

Restore the appearance of the existing finish—without sanding.

Our wood work stays within a deliberate no-sanding scope. We evaluate whether the concern is better matched to cleaning or to polishing, buffing, and qualified no-sanding restoration.

Countertop care

Three services. Three different decisions.

Countertop polishing, honing, and sealing solve different problems. An assessment helps establish which path fits the material, its condition, and the change you are trying to make.

Common questions

Clarity before the work begins.

These answers define the current service scope without overpromising what can be determined before an assessment.

Do your wood-floor services include sanding or full refinishing?

No. Our wood-floor work is focused on professional cleaning, polishing, buffing, and qualified no-sanding restoration for an existing finish. If the floor requires traditional sanding or full refinishing, that falls outside our service scope.

How do I know whether my hardwood floor needs cleaning or polishing?

Cleaning is the clearer starting point when soil or residue is the main concern. Polishing and buffing address the appearance of an existing finish. The floor’s material, finish, and condition should be considered before choosing a service.

What countertop services do you offer?

We offer countertop polishing, countertop honing, and countertop sealing as distinct services. Polishing restores sheen, honing refines etching or scratches in suitable natural stone, and sealing helps protect porous stone.

Can I text photos of the surface?

Yes. Photos can help start the conversation and show the material and visible concern. An assessment is still used to confirm service fit rather than making assumptions from an image alone.

Do you work on surfaces other than wood floors?

Yes. Precision Floor also provides care for countertops, marble, travertine, terrazzo, other natural-stone floors, tile, and grout.
